研究员、博士生导师。

 

教育经历

2011年毕业于中国海洋大学海洋生命学院,获得理学学士学位;2016年毕业于清华大学生命科学学院,获得理学博士学位;2016年7月至2019年12月在清华大学生命科学学院从事博士后工作;2020年6月加入威尼斯人登录网址。

 

研究方向

目前实验室主要以X射线晶体学和单颗粒分析—冷冻电镜技术为主要研究方法,以植物对光信号感应的早期过程和植物激素调控作物理想株型形成为主要研究范畴,对其中的遗传学证据相对充实、但在生化特别是更加精细的分子结构方面缺乏基础、从而在不同程度上影响这些生物学过程的准确理解和后续解析的关键信号(或调控)节点,进行详细分子行为和机制的研究。另一方面,实验室也会积极探索以蛋白质科学为起始的植物基因功能研究;尝试基于精准氨基酸位点突变和蛋白功能改良的分子遗传改造,以实现作物农艺性状的精准改良。
